  • Our client is a long time Tulsa based manufacturer of gear products used in mobile equipment for industries that include towing and recovery, utility, the oil and gas fields, mining, forestry, military, and mobile fleet service. Highly desired candidate will be passionate about R&D development engineering. You will design components and systems for development of mechanical or electromechanical products. Casting application design experience a plus. Additional key skills include SolidWorks, Cosmos FEA and Project Management.

    This position will manage commercial construction projects in OK, KS, NE, and SD with ~30% travel. Should be adept at cost management and forecasting to timeline. Responsible for projects from pre-construction phase to delivery. Responsibilities include preparing and negotiating cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables. Report on work progress and budget matters to clients. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists. Most work can be accomplished from Tulsa office but there is occasional travel to the construction site.

    $90K + bonus, full benefits (includes 401K with match)

MUST HAVE

  • Experience in running a renewable diesel facility that uses multiple feed stocks including Soy Bean Oil, Tallow, Canola Oil (potential)
  • Experience in Haldor Topsoe renewable diesel process
  • Understanding of High pressure (1700#) hydrotreaters
  • Experience with hydrogen production from SMR and PSA units
  • Experience with multistage reciprocating compressors
  • Operations manager experience with the ability to lead and work with teams

MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field.

MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Computer or Automation and/or Controls Engineer).
  • 3 years industrial process instrumentation and controls experience in a chemical production facility or refinery.

    You will be Responsible for providing instrumentation and control system (I&C) support for current operations and new project design. Focus is primarily on all instrumentation and control devices including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Loop Controllers and Communication Interfaces which are peripheral to the Distributed Control Systems (DCS).

    Sample Responsibilities and Skills Required:

  • Technical study and detailed design, concept and front end engineering development (FEED).
  • Developing specifications for instrumentation items, redline Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PI&D), write control narratives, enter instrumentation and loop information into online database, Smart Plant Instrumentation, develop cabinet wiring diagrams.
  • System Administrator for Smart Plant Instrumentation.
  • PLC design for various control and shutdown functions.
  • Coordinating with other engineering disciplines and review internally created design drawings.
  • Participate and contribute to Product Hazard Analysis (PHA), Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP), and Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) Reviews.
