Pam Beck

Prior to joining J. Gifford Inc. in 2001, Pam enjoyed a successful, 17 year career with a Tulsa area manufacturing firm where she held roles as Human Resources Manager, Controller, and subsequently Plant Operations Superintendent. Very early on in her career with this employer she was identified as an employee of high potential and was put on the fast track. As a result, her strategic succession of positions within this organization led to well-rounded experience that she continues to draw from in her recruiting and staffing efforts.

A lifelong resident of Tulsa, Pam participated in high school athletics, excelling in volleyball and softball. Carrying that tradition on as an involved parent of two sports- minded daughters, she coached and served as President on the Board of the Broken Arrow Girls Softball League, a premier girls’ youth organization in the Tulsa Metropolitan area. Pam also participated in a Flyball sporting group with her Border Collie, Blitz and has served on the Board of the local Tulsa Flyball organization as well. Known for her seemingly boundless energy level, in her spare time these days, Pam can usually be found enjoying her other passion... the golf course.
